Information and Policies
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground and are processed within 48 hours. If you need your item(s) shipped faster please call or email us and we will work with you to figure out the best option. Please look for any special shipping notes on specific products as a few select items have shipping charges that are predetermined by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order. If you are overseas, please contact us first by phone at 323-660-4315 or email info@shopyolk.com to discuss shipping options.
Payment Options
Feel free to use a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Yolk On-line Gift Card.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge 9.75% sales tax to all items going to a California address.
Gift Cards
A Yolk gift card can be used to purchase any item at our online store.
The gift card can be sent electronically to you or the recipient. Or there's the option of sending a physical plastic card via regular mail that can be redeemed online.
Gift cards are not interchangeable between our physical store and website store without prior arrangement: Gift cards purchased on our website are for use on the website only; gift cards purchased in-store are for use in our physical store only. It may be possible to move credit between the website and the physical stores and vice versa. Please e-mail us at info@shopyolk.com for more information about this.
Returns
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 21 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@shopyolk.com. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in you return package. Sale items & special orders are non-refundable. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped (i.e. worn, dog-eared or generally used-looking) will not be accepted as a return.

Damages
We always check items before we send them out but occasionally one might slip through the cracks. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Call us at (323) 660-4315 or email us at info@shopyolk.com send a replacement as soon as possible.

Yolk is committed to protecting your privacy at all times. While we collect your email, shipping and credit card information in order for you to make a purchase at our site, we will never sell, rent or disclose this information to any third party. Your credit card information is secure at all times and we never keep your credit card information on file.
